The agency · Abitare
Who we are
Abitare is a real estate agency founded in Sanremo in 2017 by Federico Aresio and Edoardo Biancheri. We have two offices in Sanremo, in Via Padre Semeria 25 and Via XX Settembre 5, and we operate across the whole Riviera dei Fiori.
The method
On every property, without exception: a valuation on real sold comparables, home staging, professional photography, a dedicated website and an open house by appointment. Exclusive mandates only, because it is the only way to truly invest in each home. It is the reason to choose us, explained.
The right price, and the proof
Our valuation starts from actual sold data, not hopes. In the sales we close, the realised price matches the asking price at the median and about two in three homes sell at or above asking — the figures are in the observatory, the market picture in the prices page.
Where we work
We operate across the whole Riviera dei Fiori: Sanremo, Ospedaletti, Bordighera, Ventimiglia, Imperia, Taggia and all the coastal towns.
